Policies

Financial Aid Policy

Ashland offers financial aid for all youth programming registrations (including camps, ACT!, youth shows and workshops). There is a 25% minimum payment for all youth programs. If this is a hardship, please reach out to Youth Programming Director Jack Lambert at jack@ashlandproductions.org.

Background Check Policy

In order to fully support and protect the young people Ashland Productions serves, we have instituted a policy of conducting a background check for every adult expected to share onstage or backstage space with a minor. This includes actors, backstage volunteers and contractors. Results will only be seen by Ashland staff leadership and will be held in the strictest confidence. Only those results that would impact our young participants' safety will be considered relevant. There is no fee for this service.

Cancellation Policy

Ashland Productions reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet our minimum enrollment. Classes, faculty and schedule are subject to change.

Ticket Policy

All tickets are non-refundable.  If you cannot use your tickets on the reserved date, we will make a one-time exchange for the same show; however, exchanges must be made at least (3) business days prior to the performance date.  One-time exchanges must be done over the phone, by calling (651) 383-8112.

*Please note, tickets can be exchanged once, but cannot be refunded.

Ticketing Fees: A $2 service fee will be added to each ticket purchased online, over the phone and in-person.
