Cancellation and Refund Policies
Ashland Productions reserves the right to cancel classes that do not have a minimum enrollment. Classes, faculty and schedule are subject to change.
All tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot use your tickets on the reserved date, we will make a one-time exchange for the same show; however, exchanges must be made at least (3) business days prior to the performance date. One-time exchanges must be done over the phone, by calling (651) 383-8112.
For performers of the Featured Shows, you must drop your participation enrollment by the date of the Meet and Greet in order to receive a refund. For cast members who drop after the first rehearsal there will be no refund issued.
For registrations cancelled before cast lists are posted for a production, or up to two weeks before the start of the class/workshop, a refund will be issued for the full amount of the registration fee minus a $50 non-refundable fee.
For registrations cancelled after the cast lists have been posted, or within two weeks prior to the start date of a class/workshop (this includes after the class/workshop has started), no refund will be issued.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Registrations must be cancelled at least 30-days prior to the start of the camp to receive a refund of the amount of the registration fee minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.
For registrations cancelled within 29-days or less from the start date of a camp (this includes after the camp has started), no refund will be issued.
